Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ireland. You will be responsible for delivering installation commissioning, maintenance & repair services to Industrial & Utility customers throughout Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up activities leading to project completion.
  • Develop a comprehensive commissioning schedule and plan, covering all aspects of pre-commissioning and start-up phases through to handover.
  • Prepare and/or update a detailed commissioning manual, developing a reporting structure and accountabilities for the commissioning team.
  • Coordinate the commissioning/start up schedule and necessary work with third party providers, developing pre-commissioning test procedures and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance and progress reports are produced in accordance with client and legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HV power systems as an Electrician.
  • Electrical Substation experience.
  • Relay programming expertise.
  • Experience with 38/110/220kV Equipment.
  • Strong background in the power sector service & maintenance.
  • Technical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Delivering technical reports and fault analysis.
  • Maintaining a Maintenance Management System, completing customer fault reports & commissioning documentation where required.
