
Early Years Service Director

The Early Years Manager is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership skills to drive the success of our childcare service.
This position entails overseeing daily operations, fostering growth and initiative, and ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
- Lead the management team to achieve key outcomes and objectives for the childcare service's development.
- Manage inspection processes, maintain accurate records, and lead quality improvement strategies.
- Uphold quality standards and provide guidance on relevant early years standards to staff.
Staff Management
- Recruit and induct high-calibre Early Years staff, providing them with mentorship and support throughout their tenure.
- Guide staff in all aspects of practice and service delivery, promoting professionalism and continuous improvement.
As the Early Years Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the development of quality improvement strategies within our services. Your expertise will help enhance the quality of experiences for children, families, and staff.
