About the Role:This esteemed position provides direct services to young people under 12, in accordance with client policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide support to young people under 12, as directed by policies and procedures.
- A relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
- Previous experience in a similar setting is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Social Care in Children's Residential Services
- Minimum 6 months' experience in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
- A full clean driver's license is preferred
- Familiarity with HIQA standards
- Flexibility to work across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends
