We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Social Care Worker to join our team in Limerick, Ireland.
\As a member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality social care and providing a safe, caring environment to vulnerable young people aged 12-17 years.
\- Deliver individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service.
- Work collaboratively with Centre Managers and Social Care Leaders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

\About the Role\Our Social Care Workers are responsible for delivering daily activities, supporting the well-being of our residents, and contributing to a positive and inclusive living environment.
\- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people with disabilities or autism.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
