Overview

Our multinational technology organization is expanding its finance applications team, seeking an expert to drive business optimization and automation initiatives across group finance operations. The role will be based in Dublin and involve collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible business change.

  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement and change management methodologies
  • Exposure to systems development or finance applications is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:

This role involves supporting the development and implementation of business optimization and automation solutions across finance processes, integrating finance operations and systems, running process review workshops, and promoting lean ways of working.
