Job Title: Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our service areas, including rooms, corridors, common spaces, bathrooms, toilets, and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Performing cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, emptying waste bins, cleaning glass and mirrors, sweeping and mopping floor surfaces, and ensuring odor-free rooms.
  • Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
  • Fostering positive relationships with residents and staff through polite communication and promoting a friendly atmosphere.

Essential Requirements

This role requires relevant experience in a similar position and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal skills, honesty, reliability, motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to working with people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental health.
