We strive to create a positive and life-changing experience for young people through individual care, education and skills development. Our focus is on promoting mental and emotional wellbeing and achieving longer-term positive outcomes.
The campus offers a safe and nurturing environment with fabulous grounds, a garden wildlife trail, and an outdoor sports facility. There are three secure care houses, a close support house, and a semi-independent living cottage available.
Our young people continue their education in our school or attend further education outside the campus.
Our aim is to provide a place of safety and nurture where we support young people and their families, alongside professionals involved in their lives, to make sense of experiences and build hope, coping skills, and goals for the future.
This role is critical in promoting and upholding our vision and values as a place of care, safety, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Trusting Relationships with Young People
- Supporting Young People to Meet Their Needs, Achieve Goals, and Build Hope for Their Future
- Working as Part of a Team to Provide Care, Education, and Skills Development
Requirements:
- Experience in Residential Child Care
- Commitment to Children's Rights
- HNC in Social Care and SVQ in Caring for Children and Young People at Level 3 or Above
- Registered Supervisor with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
