About This Role

We're looking for a seasoned technical professional to drive customer success and growth.

This position is ideal for someone with expertise in designing and implementing large-scale technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Our goal is to empower users to create custom solutions that drive successful customer engagements and ensure our platform is ready for scale.

To achieve this, we need talented individuals who can contribute to technical aspects of customer engagements, including understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, and supporting implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions for large-scale enterprise deployments.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CX, and Sales teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and expand our platform within customer organizations.
  • Navigate technical complexities of large-scale deployments to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or similar role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
