Job Title: Renewals Manager, EMEA

We are seeking an experienced Renewal Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Enterprise client renewals, ensuring on-time customer retention and high-dollar renewal rates.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable B2B SaaS Renewals experience of 2+ years working with mid-level large Enterprise Accounts. You will also have significant experience negotiating with customers across EMEA, as well as excellent time management and attention to detail skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own approximately 45 renewals quarterly for Enterprise customers in EMEA
  • Strategize with Customer Success Manager and Account Executive on different renewal scenarios for each client
  • Leverage the renewal event with customers to demonstrate business value, optimize multi-year subscriptions, and expand partnership with our customers
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success leaders across EMEA and at HQ in the United States, proactively reporting on renewal health, customer escalations, and recommended course of action
  • Negotiate all renewal terms with client procurement teams
  • Maintain a 4-month rolling forecast and track all renewal activity in Salesforce
