Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

  • About the Role:
  • Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team to manufacture products at optimum cost, quality, customer satisfaction and delivery in accordance with defined schedule.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to drive improvements in Quality, output and cost across all processes.
  • They should also be proficient in production planning, product line layout, staffing levels and employee training.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in managing large teams in a multi-shift structure.
  • The successful candidate will be able to assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead a team to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions.
  • Performance Management:
  • Evaluate team performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in managing large teams in a multi-shift structure.
  • Production Planning:
  • Experience in production planning, product line layout and staffing levels.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Achieved success in driving improvements in Quality, output and cost across all processes.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
