This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring, controlling and improving all related customer processes.
- Identify, plan, and organize regulatory affairs for ensuring compliance with the FDA's Quality System Regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 13485:2003, JPAL as well as all international standards relevant to customer products.
In order to succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of Problem Solving Techniques and experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a Medical Device Manufacturing Environment or similar.
Key Performance Indicators include Yields at Key Process Steps, Customer Satisfaction Index, Customer Return %, Scrap %, Outgoing Inspection DPM & Customer Incoming Quality Levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is also required.
Responsibilities- Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies for regulatory compliance.
- Maintain high-quality product output through effective quality control measures.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. A degree in Science or Engineering is necessary, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
