At Strategy& Ireland, we're seeking a Senior Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced professional with 7+ years of strategy consulting experience. As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for leading projects, teams, and clients across various industries. You'll work closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality results, cultivate new relationships, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, analytical thinking, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. They should also be able to shape their own career based on interests, experience, and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project analysis and delivery across multiple clients and industries.
  • Manage teams of Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Cultivate new client relationships and take a proactive lead on team and firm initiatives.

As a Senior Manager, you'll have ongoing training and personal and professional development opportunities. You'll work on high-profile private and public sector strategy projects and complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
  • Outstanding communication skills and analytical thinking.
  • Financial modeling experience and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Ability to shape own career based on interests, experience, and capabilities.
