Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director - UK/I

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team in the UK/I region. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and sales success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in English, with ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
