Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a confident and collaborative individual to oversee the smooth delivery of services across a key site or multiple locations. The Facilities Manager role is a key position that combines operational excellence with people-first leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Take full accountability for all FM activities across designated sites, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
- Ensure all safety checks, maintenance, and compliance activities are completed on time.
- Manage Permits to Work, ensure contractors and staff are properly equipped and trained, and lead regular audits to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all site stakeholders, leading communication on work schedules, performance, and service delivery.
- Oversee space planning and utilisation in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring all soft services meet required standards and legal compliance.
- Manage a team, including workload planning, performance reviews, and development.
- Detailed knowledge of FM services practices and operational management.
- Performance managing, absence, and reporting experience.
- A Facilities Management qualification, such as the BIFM Level 4 Diploma, is desirable.
- Front of house management skills and a focus on customer service.
