Senior Engineering Manager

Oversee the delivery of infrastructure design projects and lead a team of engineers and technicians.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical quality.
  • Develop drainage designs, assessments, and check others' work.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and support business development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have achieved Chartered Engineer status, experience in multi-disciplinary projects, particularly in railway design and build environments or highways drainage design.

Key qualifications include:

  • Achieved Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) status
  • Experience in railway design and build environment or highways drainage design
  • Skilled analytical ability and understanding of engineering fundamentals
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
