Base pay range The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) is seeking to recruit an Executive Officer (Standard Scale) .This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established regulator committed to protecting individuals and communities from gambling-related harm.

Successful candidates may be assigned to one of several key departments, including:
Consumer Protection, Education & Awareness – Leading communication, public awareness, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to reduce gambling harm.
People & Corporate Services – Driving internal excellence in HR, finance, governance, and strategic operations.
Licensing – Developing and managing Ireland's robust licensing regime for the gambling sector.
Compliance & Dispute Resolution – Monitoring licensee compliance, supporting enforcement, and ensuring fairness for all players.
Technology / Digital First – Building a cutting-edge digital infrastructure to support secure, data-driven regulation.
Key Responsibilities Include: Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and processes Managing stakeholder communications and case handling Supporting projects, research, and data analysis Drafting reports, correspondence, and briefing materials Providing administrative and operational support across the organisation Level 7 or higher on the National Framework of Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field Proven ability to use IT systems effectively, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders How to Apply: Conscia will be managing all aspects of the recruitment process on behalf of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland.
