About the Role:
  • Support the development and implementation of a Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections for critical systems and equipment, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk-based maintenance strategies, prioritizing equipment and systems based on safety, environmental, and business implications.
  • Manage equipment histories and maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Ensure that all MI-related activities meet Irish & European applicable regulations, aligning with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site-specific requirements.
  • Evaluate the condition of critical equipment, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Work closely with reliability engineers to integrate mechanical integrity data into broader reliability programs, improving equipment lifespan and performance.
  • Review new projects and modifications to ensure that equipment and systems meet MI standards, providing guidance on subject equipment and gathering critical information.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular asset integrity assessments to evaluate the condition of critical equipment.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures.
  • Communicate with maintenance and operational teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of mechanical integrity requirements and inspection schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and equipment histories in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
