The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily hotel operations, coordinating across multiple departments to maintain seamless service. They will act as the main point of contact for guest queries and operational issues during their shift, manage event logistics including fire walks, AV setups, and cash handling procedures, supervise staff during peak service periods, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational flow.

Requirements:

They must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, be proficient with Hotsoft or similar hotel management systems, and have a calm, proactive, and guest-focused approach to service delivery.
