Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high standards of service across all aspects of the spa operation
  • Maximise business potential through effective yield management, revenue growth strategies, and retail offerings
  • Lead the development of membership programmes within the spa operation, aligning with business goals
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement systems to address relevant comments
  • Direct and lead the day-to-day spa operation, ensuring all standards are followed
  • Train and manage a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of employee empowerment
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, services, pricing, schedules, specials, and competitor offerings
  • Support team members in all aspects of the business operation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years' experience as an Assistant or Spa & Leisure Manager within a 5-star/luxury brand outlet
  • Strong financial acumen, sales/merchandising inventory management experience, and excellent people management skills
