Spa Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa and leisure facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, managing staff, and driving revenue growth through effective yield management and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain high standards of service across all areas of the spa operation
• Maximise business potential through effective yield management, booking procedures, strong retailing and up selling
• Develop membership offering within the spa operation
• Monitor guest feedback and implement systems to address relevant comments
• Direct and lead day-to-day spa operation, ensuring all standards are followed
• Train and manage a team of professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals

Requirements:
• 3-4 years' experience as an Assistant or Spa Manager in a 5-star/luxury brand outlet is advantageous
• Strong financial acumen along with sales/merchandising inventory management experience are also required
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to drive the team to top standards of service
