Job Title: Senior Regional Manager, Data Center Operations
">About the Role
- We are seeking a Senior Regional Manager to lead our EMEA team responsible for providing full life-cycle support to data centers.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the team that delivers high standards for safety and security while providing capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will establish strategic direction of the EMEA team, influencing roadmaps of technical or business partner teams.
- Identify resource requirements and gaps, establishing a regional team roadmap to success.
- Work directly with partner teams to implement new and improve existing processes and procedures within their region and globally where necessary.
A Day in the Life:
Each day you will interact with different teams responsible for all aspects of the data centers. You will prioritize your team's activities to support data center capacity, availability, efficiency, and safety focusing on the actions that are most impactful.
">Requirements:
- Hire, coach, and develop employees that demonstrate Amazon Leadership Principles.
- Manage team and individual performance, including promotions.
- Create and improve metrics, driving efficiencies in repeatable work.
- Apply high judgement to make trade-offs on competing business needs.
