We are seeking a seasoned Property and Asset Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality property management services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team of professionals in asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of property management services, including repairs, maintenance, and asset management.\
  • Oversee budgetary management and financial reporting for all property-related activities.\
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize investment returns and ensure regulatory compliance.\
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.\
  • Provide technical due diligence and life cycle cost assessment of new business opportunities.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and measures to continuously improve the service.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on property performance, including metrics and analysis.\
  • Support the development of risk assessments for landlord and asset management services.\
  • Ensure a strong culture of health, safety, and well-being across the service.\
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture that delivers excellence and meets the organization's vision and mission.\\
