Executive Food Service Manager

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our prestigious pharmaceutical site. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality foodservice and exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing catering and hospitality services to meet consistent quality standards
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies
- Driving financial performance through accurate budgeting and profit management
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to support business growth and retention targets

- Strong commercial awareness and solid budgeting skills
