Food Preparation Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Preparation Executive to manage food preparation, presentation and hygiene in our fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items to meet the highest standards.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations.
  • Providing training and mentoring support to junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
  • Contributing innovative ideas for menu development with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food Preparation Executive or strong experience as a Kitchen Assistant ready to step up.
  • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team under pressure.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
