We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team as a Chef de Partie. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining all areas to the required standards.
  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and healthy working environment at all times.
  • Cook a variety of dishes daily according to business requirements, adhering to standard recipes.
  • Maintain proper portion control, taste, and quality.
  • Develop good employee relations and communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure customer requests are met efficiently.
  • Plan menus and recipes, testing samples to ensure high standards.
  • Establish and maintain cooking standards, supervising on a regular basis and correcting if necessary, to achieve a consistently high level of quality and service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business requirements.
