We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our busy Dublin office.

This role involves coordinating logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation of goods across various modes (Sea, Air, Road).

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Sector.
  • Proficient understanding of working within Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Knowledge of all modes of transportation including Sea, Air, and Road.
  • Experience in handling customs documentation will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and hauliers.
