Senior Strategic Sourcing Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our strategic sourcing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negotiating and managing complex deals, as well as experience in developing category strategies and optimizing rent/lease portfolios.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiating national master lease agreements with small and medium tower company partners
  • Evaluating multiple variables to determine the best course of action during high-level negotiations
  • Assessing and recommending ways to optimize the rent/lease portfolio to meet infrastructure build goals
  • Managing expiration dates on existing master lease agreements and building business cases for potential MLA extensions/renegotiations

This is a hybrid role that includes work from home and assigned office days. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budget and planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree and six or more years of relevant work experience
  • Strategic sourcing experience (indirect) with consulting services categories or related experience
  • Experience in Real Estate Development/Negotiations, Municipal Approval Processes, and Construction
  • Strong knowledge of capital and expense budgeting and implementation processes

The ideal candidate will also have strong interpersonal and client service skills, as well as the ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
