Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and advising on claims of discrimination and diversity. They will also advise on trade union relations and play a key role in directly advising clients on cross-border employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice on employment law matters.
  • Advising clients on claims of discrimination and diversity.
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years post-qualification experience in employment law.
  • A strong background in employment law within a large international or City firm.
  • Post-graduate qualification in employment law highly advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding academics.
  • Technically excellent.
  • Willingness to become involved in business development.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
