Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to play a vital role in enhancing the student experience. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating engaging events and creating captivating social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monthly events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service at the front desk.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content that showcases our community's spirit and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain a positive community atmosphere by reporting any issues and contributing to the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Support the maintenance team and assist with check-in and checkout procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support, including following up on email inquiries.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities and cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A genuine interest in community development and event planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and some knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, friendliness, and approachability.
