About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Facilitator (Social Care Worker Grade) Count Me In Castlebar Area. This role will involve working in a day service setting, supporting young autistic individuals in their self-development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a person-centred approach to meet the needs of each participant individually, developing individual plans and promoting inclusion, equality and community participation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and be able to provide individual mentoring and support to participants.

  • Experience of working with individuals with autism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
