Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to promote our range of Gynae Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the territory.

  • This role involves providing customers with technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques
  • The ideal candidate will engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system is also a key responsibility, working jointly with the Territory Manager/Sales Lead
  • Supporting the development of product & procedure knowledge with the sales team through teaching in a theatre setting, classroom teaching, or involvement in our Induction Training Programme is also an essential aspect of this role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Advice and Training: Provide customers with technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Engage with existing and new healthcare professionals to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads
  • Customer Record Management: Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system, working jointly with the Territory Manager/Sales Lead

Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a life sciences or medical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a clinical support role, preferably in the medical devices industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
