Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee all on-site operations and ensure projects meet stringent quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors and materials to guarantee efficient project execution.
  • Maintain and track project schedules to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize labor, equipment, and material utilization.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to verify compliance with project specifications.
  • Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols; conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, including consultants, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact project progress.
  • Lead and support the on-site team in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering and/or utilities sectors.
  • Qualification in Project Management or preferred degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Excellent general and people management skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
