Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior retail professional to lead our Cork store. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of optical products, and excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and motivate team members to meet targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff to provide outstanding customer experiences and showcase strong optical expertise.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the eye test process with care and expertise.
  • Utilize optical knowledge to help customers select suitable frames and lenses, and perform precise adjustments and lens cutting.
