Key Responsibilities:

As a supplier quality professional, you will lead engagement with suppliers regarding barcode readiness and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Review and approve supplier PPAPs, barcode validation evidence, and change notifications.
  • Ensure supplier marking systems meet durability and traceability criteria.
  • Coordinate resolution of nonconformities, change control, and inventory disposition workflows.
  • Maintain supplier audit trail and risk-based documentation for regulatory compliance.

This role requires close collaboration with various teams, including manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, regulatory affairs, supply chain planning, operations receiving inspection, project management, IT supplier portals, and divisional SQ base business teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience with systems such as OnePLM, Trackwise, SLMS, GIM, and process expertise in PPAP, supplier readiness, nonconformity/corrective action, barcode traceability, and supplier audit response. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and supplier integration is also required.
