Job Overview

Consumer Planning and Insights Role

We are seeking an experienced research professional to join our Consumer Planning and Insights team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable visitor insights across various research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research analysis to uncover business insights.
  • Develop and deliver insight-led reports and presentations aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate external agency research outputs and contribute to findings with innovative thinking.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' research experience, preferably in a consumer-driven organisation or research agency. Proven experience managing large-scale research projects, including fieldwork logistics and research suppliers, is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification in a related discipline (e.g. tourism, statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, market research, social sciences, or business analytics).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
