","About the Role

As a Programmes Facilitator, you will play a key role in promoting independent living and community integration. You will work closely with service users to identify their goals and support needs, developing tailored programmes that match their abilities and interests.

","Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate person-centred planning processes to ensure service users receive the support they need.
  • Identify and develop programmes that meet service user needs, maintaining accurate records of progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organisational objectives.
","Requirements
  • Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable: additional qualification in supporting adults with Autism or Challenging Behaviour.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
