About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions and counseling. They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team and maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
- Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions and counseling to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of children with disabilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Doctorate in Psychology or a related field.
- Registered with PSI as a Psychologist in Ireland.
- Experience working with children with disabilities and their families.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with the ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
- All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
- International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
