Job Title: Senior Project Manager

About the Role:

A dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager is required to lead high-profile projects in Payroll & WFM Transformation. This exciting opportunity involves coordinating multiple teams, driving progress, resolving issues, and ensuring task completion.

  • Project Development: Develop project charters, management plans, oversee execution, and evaluate trade-offs.
  • Scope Management: Manage project scope, create Work Breakdown Structures, and develop detailed Gantt charts.
  • Budgeting: Define and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.
  • Quality and Risk Management: Create Quality and Risk Management Plans, including risk response strategies.
  • Procurement: Develop Procurement Management Plans and oversee resource allocation and performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Strong Relationship-Building: Possess strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with the ability to handle demanding timelines.
  • Team Management: Effective team management and influence without authority.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
