Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and peers to understand client requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a project lead or project management role, preferably in a software development organization.
  • Experience of Agile methodologies, particularly 'Scrum', with a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
