Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee our Energy, Utilities and Renewables Projects team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to progress their career as they lead high-value and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development - Maintaining and growing business by managing existing workloads and winning new projects.
  • Leading a team of engineers with responsibility for delivering projects, managing performance, and developing competency.
  • Project lead for Design & Contract management from conceptual phase through to project completion. Leading the project engineering team for the development of design calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports.

The successful candidate will hold an Engineering degree (Level 8 or higher) in Mechanical, Process, or a similar discipline relevant to the specification above, with 10+ years post-graduate and relevant design experience. Chartered Engineer status would be beneficial but not essential.

Our company prioritises getting the engineering fundamentals right and has developed its own projects which have delivered significant CO emissions savings.
