
High-Performing Energy Leader Wanted

The role focuses on growth, expansion and development of Turner & Townsend's footprint in the Southern region.
As a director in the Energy and Natural Resources division, you will play a leadership role in driving project delivery, business development, client relationship management and team development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ENR sector, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through quality of service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
- Lead the development and delivery of complex projects/programmes.
- Define, develop, interface, and deliver complex multi-package projects safely while managing time, budget, quality, and KPIs to ensure successful completion.
- Execute the programme, integrating multiple contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome.
- Manage, coach and inspire teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage commission development including framework negotiations, commission setup and financial control and reporting.
- Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders, including government entities.
- Own commercial and contractual matters in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.
- (MBA, MSc or equivalent) in Engineering with business or economics specialization preferred.
- Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.
- 15+ years experience in management consulting or a combination of consulting and industry experience in the energy and natural resources sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.
- Deep knowledge of ENR sector dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, sustainability initiatives and digital solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in business development and account management.
- Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
