Energy Project Site Leader

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in Ireland and the UK.
This position offers a chance to join a high-performing team that excels in renewable energy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure daily site operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
- Manage contractors and site activities across various projects, including grid connection works.
- Maintain high-quality safety, health, and environmental practices on-site.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on construction-related activities.
- Support the Contracts Manager in reviewing payment claims and assessing variations.
- Significant experience in site management, preferably in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- A strong commitment to safety and quality delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of relevant project processes and procedures.
