Job Description

The Programme Manager will be responsible for leading retro-commissioning and operation & maintenance (O&M) schemes to support public bodies. They will also drive the delivery of large-scale retrofit and decarbonisation projects in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading programmes to achieve ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.
  • Providing planning and technical expertise to shape programmes and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on projects to ensure successful delivery and continual improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree (NFQ Level 7 or higher) in a relevant technical discipline such as Engineering, Science, or Building Services.
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role, with strong project management skills.
  • A solid understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability, and/or energy management.
  • Strong communication skills written, verbal, and public speaking.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • IT proficiency and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
