Job Description

Salary: €75K - €80K + vehicle + Pension + Discretionary Bonus,

Vacancy Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to lead our team in delivering a top-class product. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of guiding and inspiring site teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Construction Director for week-to-week operations and coordination of project activities.
  • Work closely with Design Team and Client to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate services sub-contractors and manage labour, plant, and equipment on site.
  • Maintain site records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the required safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Schedule weekly work programmes and review progress reports for the Master Construction Programme.
  • Facilitate communication between Design Team, Construction Team, and Sub-Contractors.
  • Chair weekly Management Team Meetings and maintain accurate site records.
  • Implement and manage Safety Management System and Daily/Weekly Programmes.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualifications or minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or an Engineering degree/Diploma related discipline.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility.
