Job Description:

As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving business targets for life, pension, and investment services, while providing comprehensive assessments with clients to identify and prioritize their financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and meeting the financial needs of clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales, technical skills, and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Recognized qualifications such as QFA or CFP.
Experience & Skills:
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions for investments, life, and pensions.
  • Strong self-motivation and high energy level.
  • Sales experience, either with intermediaries or direct to the public.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic point-of-sale systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Effective planning and organization in managing competing tasks.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability, knowing when to seek support or take decisions independently.
  • Results-driven, focused on achieving and exceeding targets.

This role is a Controlled Function under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity Regime, and you must comply with these standards at all times.
