Job Description

As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective quality management systems, guaranteeing product safety and legality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization, reduce defects, and improve overall operational efficiency. Your expertise in quality integration, procedural activities, and people development will be essential in maintaining high standards throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Management experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
  • Diploma or equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years' experience in a Food Manufacturing environment at Management level
  • Ability to use resources effectively
  • Exposure to New Product Development (NPD) in a Food Manufacturing environment
  • Production Process knowledge
  • BRC Standards and Customer codes of practice/standards
