We are seeking an experienced Events Executive to join our team at Lex Consultancy, based in Dublin 2. As part of our hybrid team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of events, from small coffee mornings to large-scale corporate events.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in event management, including experience of managing agencies/suppliers. You will be required to travel to London once or twice a month, so you should be confident in your ability to adapt to new environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and sponsors.
- Coordinate event budgets and ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate event success, making recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
- Three years' experience in event management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful events.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
