This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience.
About the Role- Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Clean and maintain the bar and restaurant areas, including equipment and inventory.
- Upsell and promote food and beverage options to maximize sales revenue.
- Assist with special events and functions, such as weddings and conferences.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are required.
- Micros experience and previous experience in a hotel setting are desirable.
