Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach to all customers.
  • Assist the Shop Manager and team with the smooth running of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the day.
  • Accept and pay out bets in a timely manner while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Work under pressure and remain calm while seeking ways to improve yourself and the shop.
  • Ensure all procedures (safety, compliance, and shop operations) are followed.
