Food and Beverage Service Professional

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly greet and engage with guests, addressing them by name whenever possible.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of food and wine, enabling you to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue opportunities throughout the property.
  • Assist with general cleaning duties in the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Efficiently serve guests with food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is essential, as it provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills are paramount for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • Micros experience would be advantageous, highlighting your proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Previous experience within a hotel environment is also preferable, providing valuable insight into our operations.
